Different from sourcing (or recruiting) where the staffing partner uses internal recruiters to locate contractors on behalf of the requesting company or client, payrolled workers are identified by the client. Often, payrolled workers are known to the client from previous engagements or as former employees. Because the costs of recruiting are eliminated, the payrollees are often processed at reduced mark-up rates, allowing you to leverage your referrals at reduced costs.

PSA, Inc. will act as the employee of record, which includes: unemployment and worker's compensation, federal / state taxes, general liability insurance and other employee-related liabilities. In addition, contractors that are payrolled through PSA, Inc. will be eligible for our employee benefits.
